And definitely, no body wants to encounter it, because they would surely spend a lot of time, money and energy wasted, trying to cure the disease.

There are some people who loves food that are very spicy and have large amount of pepper in them, even though its noodles. This is actually very dangerous to your stomach and liver and it causes stomach ulcer or makes it worse.
3. Chocolate.
Chocolates are very delicious and most young people are very fond of eating it. However, they should be very cautious of the way they eat chocolate because eating it excessively might poss danger to their stomach health.
4. Ice cream.
Once you cross the age of 20, please start reducing how you take ice cream and other over sweetened food products. They are very dangerous to your health, especially when you take them excessively.
5. Alcohol.
Alcohol is a kind of thing that should be taken once in a blue moon and not always or all the time. Excessive intake of alcohol can cause stomach ulcer and worsen it to the point where it might become incurable.
