Covid-19: Nigeria confirms 216 New Cases, 4 deaths
Nigeria on Wednesday recorded 216 new cases of the novel coronavirus, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said.
The health agency revealed this in a late-night tweet.
The country now has a total of 54,463 confirmed cases, with 42,439 persons discharged and 1,027 deaths.
Plateau reported the highest number of cases with 59 while the Rivers ranked second with 27 new infections.
Other states with new cases include Abia-22, Lagos-20, Oyo-18, Enugu-17, Kaduna-11, FCT-11, Ogun-10, Ebonyi-4, Osun-4, Ekiti-4, Delta-3, Edo-3, Akwa Ibom-2,Bauchi-1
