Covid-19: Nigeria records 604 New Cases including 20 deaths
Nigeria, on Thursday, recorded 604 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and eight deaths, with Lagos leading with 203 cases.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, the cases were recorded in 21 states of the federation.
The states include Lagos 203 followed by Oyo-87, FCT-79, Edo-41, Osun-35, Ogun-24, Rivers-22, Kaduna-22, Akwa Ibom-20, Plateau-18, Delta-9, Ebonyi-9, Imo-8, Enugu-5, Kano-5, CrossRiver-5, Katsina-4, Nasarawa-3, Borno-2, Ekiti-2, Bauchi-1.
NCDC noted that “on July 23, there were 604 new confirmed cases and Twenty deaths were recorded in Nigeria
“Till date, Nigeria has recorded a total of 38,948 confirmed cases, 16,061 discharged and 833 deaths.”
