“I will be extremely clear. From FIFA, we don’t favor the making of a Super League. We have no questions,” FIFA president Gianni Infantino has said in a public interview on Tuesday.

“It is my assignment and our undertaking to secure the European games model, club rivalries, public groups, and so forth In the event that they decide to head out in a different direction, they should live with the results of their choices. They are either in or out, there’s no center ground.

“There is a ton to discard for perhaps a transient monetary benefit for a few. Individuals need to think cautiously. They need to reflect and accept accountability.

“We can just firmly dislike the formation of a Super League which is a shut shop, which is a breakaway from the current establishments, from the classes, from the relationship, from UEFA, and from FIFA.”

Recently, UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin asserted that all the ESL players will be prohibited from playing in Euros and the World Cup.

Each of the 12 ESL establishing individuals, including Barcelona, then, could be avoided from homegrown rivalries and the Champions/Europa League next season.
